Egg pasta with salmon
A Christmas classic dish that is eaten willingly throughout the year. Serve with chunks of smoked salmon in browned butter and a few grains of pink pepper.
Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, fresh eggs, smoked salmon cream.
Mode and storage times: Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place original packaging: 1 year from date of production and packaging.
Preparation: product to be eaten after cooking.
