The shop is historically situated in the centre of Belluno, whereas the new production unit is in the suburbs. The shop is in a constant and direct contact with the centre of production and it is possible to make pasta in special formats and quantities on request.

Societa’ Agricola Menin

Societa’ Agricola Menin is a company located in Tisoi, a few kilometres away from Belluno. The company has been developed in the field of mushrooms cultivation for three generations. This is one of the first companies who began the cultivation of mushrooms in Italy and nowadays, this is one of the most modern and well-developed businesses in Europe. The company is run by Marco Nadai, grandson of the founder, and his mother Luigina Menin. The company boasts a production of about 12 tons of mushrooms a week, which are distributed to the most important Italian food chains. The company also produces series of food in pots of high-level glass as well as transforms PGI products such as the bean of Lamon and the Trevisano radicchio Tardivo.
